I bought this product for one reason only, to improve the horrendous sound quality on our Blaupunkt TV. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging. As my music started the quality was unbelievably, crisp, deep perfect sound both far away and close to the speaker.

I wired up the speaker and turned on bluetooth, just like that it popped up on my phone in bluetooth settings and that was it.

This 30W Goodmans speaker is certainly an exception, at almost full volume my house was booming, and the quality was still great.

Bluetooth works fine and easily with my Firestick, but the sound using the phono inputs via my monitor headphone socket seems to be a bit better. We have tested against some of the worst sound engineered programmes (which seem to be increasing) and there is a definate improvement in clarity. If it is brand new and you haven't destroyed the packaging try and do a deal with your supplier to get a better one with an optical input or better still one compatible, via HDMI ARC, with your TV which hopefully your TV volume will then be able to control.
