There is nothing more distracting than being freezing cold; you can think about little else and won’t be giving your riding or other road users your full attention. These are soft and very comfortable trousers indeed, slipping easily over my base layer, which I always wear after a bad experience with another brand I had while wearing heated kit directly against my skin.
