Believe: to accept something as the truth. To have faith in and feel sure of what you think can be true. To hold a firm opinion or conviction that what you have dreamt can very well become your reality. Although what I’m talking about here may seem slightly unhinged from reality, the missing step is practical action. Naturally, daydreaming about someday possibly doing something won’t get you any closer. Instead, you’ll need to put your emotions, will, and intellect behind practical actions that lead you there. Often, my father says to me in Urdu, “Joh log dar ke beht jaatein hain woh nazarey se mehroom reh jaatein hain.” Which means: People who sit down in the fear of what will happen if they moved forward are left deprived of the wonders ahead. transactions between the charity and companies connected to the trustees and former trustees, and whether any unauthorised benefits have been received To see him be able to join in with his sister jumping on the trampoline instead of sitting on the sidelines is just brilliant. What a different life he has ahead of him now.

Perseverance is important . Reminding ourselves not to give up easily is a good motto to follow. We may need some help along the way, but often, we simply need to dig deep and keep trying.Varna Primary School is an inclusive, caring school where every child matters, we recognise that all children have talents and abilities to celebrate, and a part of our role is to help them discover and develop these. We encourage a strong community spirit, where we show consideration and respect for each other; understand differences, and uphold kind, well-mannered behaviour. The American philosoher and poet, Henry David Thoreau is urging you, “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you’ve imagined” We wouldn’t be able to fund the therapies if it wasn’t for help from Dream, Believe, Achieve Highland.” On 7 March 2019 the Commission, exercising its powers under section 79(4) of the Act, removed Matthew Dimbylow as a trustee, charity trustee or senior manager of the charity, with the effect that Matthew Dimbylow is disqualified from acting in any such capacity for any charity in England and Wales. His name has been entered upon the Commission’s register of removed trustees.

Although DIBIAI was formed as a company in 2009 it originally did not have charitable objects. It only became a charity on 4 July 2013 when it substantially amended its memorandum and articles of association. It was registered as a charity on 29 July 2013. Sometimes, it can seem simpler to take the easier path, perhaps when we are feeling tired, unhappy or defeated. There can also be pressure from others as to which direction we should take. What if we had the power to make our own choices based on what we enjoy or feel passionate about while still considering opinions from the people around us? Sometimes, taking the longer, more difficult path can be the most rewarding. The Charity Commission, the independent regulator of charities in England and Wales, has opened a statutory inquiry into Dream It Believe It Achieve It, a charity working to advance the physical education of children and young people and to relieve disability. The investigation was opened on 5 January 2017.

The Commission’s decision to take regulatory action against Matthew and Emma Dimbylow, and not against the other current and former trustees, is based upon their involvement in the mismanagement and/or misconduct established by the Commission. Matthew Dimbylow and Emma Dimbylow were directors of DIBIAI from the outset and were, through companies under their control, the beneficiaries of the funds transferred away from the charity in breach of trust. Matthew Dimbylow was the driving force behind the charity throughout the period when it was active.
